I live the creative life- a lusty fusion between illusion and reality. Or maybe i'm just ADD. Regardless, I fantasize daily about stories, works of art, crafty projects or I am exploring ideas about business and life. 

A native Texan, I moved to Canada ten years ago in support of my husband’s Canadian Military career. I've been blessed to experience this lifestyle across North America and Europe. 

I hold a double Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/ Advertising and English Literature from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.

I contribute articles and blog posts to another web-based product called Ubiquitous Magazine, a Canadian Military Lifestyle Magazine. Check out my blog about my Big Fat Journey and discover what I have learned about weight, food and addiction.
